✨ Meet Isabella ✨
Tuesday 26th AugIsabella, aged 6, was born with a moderate hearing loss in both ears and was diagnosed at just 4 weeks old. By 7 weeks, she was fitted with hearing aids through Hearing Australia, and at 4 months she began her early intervention therapies with NextSense.
Thanks to the incredible support Isabella and our family have received, she has thrived. This year she started kindergarten in mainstream schooling and even joined our local netball club! While she has faced some challenges, they only highlight how vital NextSense’s ongoing support has been for her journey.
For the past 5 years, Isabella has proudly participated in Loud Shirt Day, creating her own colourful shirts to raise awareness and donations. None of this would have been possible without the generosity of some wonderful small businesses.
Collectively, Isabella has raised around $5,000 – and she is determined to keep adding to that total every year!
