Yeppoon has done it again! In 2024, this incredible community raised over $23,430 for children with hearing loss. This incredible fundraising result has earnt Yeppoon the reigning title of Loudest Town.
Their custom Loud Shirt Day Fishing Shirts were a massive hit, showing that when Yeppoon gets LOUD, they do it in true local style. Huge congratulations to Charlotte, Catherine and Tim for once again rallying the community and making some serious noise.
2023
In 2023, Yeppoon once again won the title of Loudest Town, raising over $30,000 for children with hearing loss.

2022
The small but mighty town of Aramac took out the title of Queensland's Loudest Town for 2022, raising more than $29,000. The Central Queensland town saw the community and local businesses rally together behind local superstar Emmy and her parents, Kerryn and Sam, to support kids with hearing loss.
2021
Yeppoon officially took the hotly-contested crown of Queensland’s Loudest Town for 2021, raising $26,167 for kids with hearing loss.

2020
The tiny Central Queensland town of Wowan (with just 216 residents!) then stepped up to the plate to raise more than $22,000, and win the 2020 crown, inspired by the family of two-year-old, Arthur.
Arthur’s mum, Lysandra spearheaded the campaign and inspired local business to sponsor their specially-designed loud shirts. By the end of October, more shirts were sold than the entire population of Wowan! Arthur’s family and community were presented with a framed, limited edition Loud Shirt, which now hangs proudly in Wowan’s local pub.
2019
In its first year, the hotly-contested challenge to find Queensland’s Loudest Town went to the Far North Queensland town of Tully, which ultimately took out the prize with schools, businesses and community groups all rallying behind local hero, Eli, to raise over $13,000!
