1 in 6 Australians and New Zealanders are impacted by hearing loss – a figure set to rise to 1 in 4 by 2060.
1 in 1,000 Babies in Australia and New Zealand are born with a permanent hearing loss.
1 in 300 School-age children require assistance because of permanent hearing loss.

GET LOUD SHIRT DAY

Monday 15th Sep
FRIDAY 17th October 2025, marks GET LOUD SHIRT DAY, an event supporting HEAR & SAY. As someone who has personally experienced hearing loss due to Otosclerosis, diagnosed in my late 30s, I'm organizing a fundraiser to support children with hearing disabilities. Hear4Good Warwick provided me with outstanding service and hearing aids, which I wear daily and cherish for enabling me to hear my grandchildren's voices and the sounds that bring me joy. By assisting these young individuals with hearing aid costs and ensuring proper fittings, we can greatly improve their quality of life. 🙏🏼🥰 My goal is to raise $100, and every donation, big or small, counts. I've made the initial donation of $10. Let's join forces to GET LOUD and give everyone the gift of HEARING. 🙌🏼🥰
