I’m getting LOUD to support children with hearing loss!
The Southern Cochlear Implant Programme is a Christchurch-based charity that delivers a range of services and programmes to Bluff to Taupō.
Through its passionate and dedicated teams of audiologists, specialised speech language therapists, and support staff, The Southern Cochlear Implant Programme delivers a range of services and programmes to assist babies, children and adults with cochlear implants as they learn to listen and communicate, creating a strong, inclusive community of care.
As a charity, Southern Cochlear Implant Programme relies on government funding, fundraising, and donations to deliver its vital work. This includes running outreach clinics in regional areas, and offering extra support through initiatives like the Grant Assistance Fund — as well as helping it cover day-to-day running costs.
Let’s get LOUD to raise much needed awareness and funds to ensure The Hearing House can continue to provide specialised listening and spoken language therapy to its clients with cochlear implants, and ensure they have access to lifetime support.
