Let’s get LOUD to empower kids with hearing loss to connect, communicate and thrive in hearing world! 🌏Did you know? Hearing loss is the most common condition diagnosed at birth in Australia and 1 in 300 children have permanent hearing loss by 5 years old.
I was born with Moderate Sensorineural Hearing loss and have been wearing hearing aids since 8 weeks old! And I’ve been lucky to attend The Shepherd Center for the last two years, I love it there.
This LOUD SHIRT DAY it doesn’t matter if you’re getting LOUD with us in person or just donate online - it all helps raise funds to provide life-changing support for us children with hearing loss and our families. 💛💜💙🧡💛🩷

Thursday 13th Aug This is my fourth year raising money for The Shepherd Center and Loud Shirt Day.Loud Shirt Day is such an important day for me & other kids just like me!
Every dollar raised goes towards special centers and intervention programs to give Deaf Kids a chance to hear & speak 🤟🏻
I’m very lucky to attend one of these great centers - The Shepherd Center in Wollonong NSW.
